I bought the double tipped pair, in particular because of the upstairs neighbours that 3 nights out of five pass the whole night arguing with and yelling at each other. The lack of sleep resulting has been exasperating. I had tried different earplugs before but, found them too uncomfortable. The sleeep are amazing though! You hardly feel them at all and, they block out most noises. I'm back to sleeping well, as a result, although I don't usually put them in until I hear the upstairs neighbours starting another fight. Much recommended for comfort and functionality.
